Happy 45th Birthday Singapore

Happy 45th birthday Singapore! Yes, you are 45, I am 30, even I spend 10 years in Taipei, but I quite miss you every year on this big day.

I watched the TV program from Channel News Asia, it broadcasted Singapore national day 2010. Wow! So excellent show I have ever seen. How I do miss Singapore. It seems 9years I never watch the national ceremony programs. Now I could connect the website and watch it in oversea, it made me happy and excited.

Yeah, I admitted that I called my Singapore friends when I was watching this national TV show, I envied they was be fun in the Singapore city, Padang, Bugis or Sengkang. They looked like enjoying the time, how I could be there to have fun with them.

This year, I saw the scenery of Singapore’s night too beautiful from the TV. Maybe some of the highest building such as Marina Bay Sands and Singapore flyer and others make the Singapore River such a beautiful picture. Splendid, colorful, and spectacular! How I could take more picture on that time.

I hope that I can back to Singapore for developing my career at the rest of my life, this is my home, I miss my friends and my family. I would like to review my childhood in this island—Singapore.

I watched the live telecast of the national day celebration on Channel News Asia. Wow, it's the most spectacular show I've ever watched! How I miss Singapore. It has been 9 years since I last watched the national day celebration ceremony. Now that I can watch it on the internet from overseas, I feel happy and excited.

I called my friends in Singapore when I was watching the show. I envied that they were having fun in the city centre of Singapore, Padang, Bugis and Sengkang. They were enjoying themselves. How I wish I could be there to share the joy.

This year, I watched the beautiful scenery of Singapore on TV. Some of the tallest buildings in Singapore, such as the Marina Bay Sands and the Singapore Flyer, form a beautiful picture with the Singapore River. They are splendid, colorful and spectacular! How I wish I took more pictures of these places when I was there.

I hope that I can go back to Singapore to further my career for the rest of my life. This is my home, and I miss my friends and family there. I would like to reminisce about my childhood on this island - Singapore.

Skagen一個我很愛的手錶

都是那個老學長惹的禍，讓我愛上他手上帶的那隻手錶「Skagen」，來自丹麥。有一次在新加坡和學長吃飯，他手上那隻黑色藍面的手錶突然吸引到我了。但是價錢很貴下不了手。 我走遍馬來西亞吉隆坡去找，希望可以買到價格低一點的，但是這種來自丹麥的表馬來西亞沒有在賣。後來在新加坡樟宜機場裡面看到了又很想把他帶回家，可是還是太貴了，買不起啊，因為新幣太貴了。 跑回了台北又再次到了誠品敦南店和信義店晃了晃，想看看這隻手錶哪裡值得我買的價值。每次看了價錢後，還是不敢下手，心裡面非常忐忑，那隻一模一樣的表仍然抓著我的購買慾望，算了不買!!!它的價錢不是新台幣5900就是6400兩種價錢，這樣一買啊就會花上我大部分的薪水啦!!!怎麼辦呢? 情人節那天，我忍無可忍了...就在我逛誠品書店時又再次被我在信義成品店碰到Skagen，算了下手吧!!就這樣我買了我喜歡的一隻錶。為什麼我不是買那隻黑色的呢?因為服務員說那隻黑色的是鍍上去的顏色很容易就會脫落不能長久，建議我要長久如新還是買不鏽鋼的或鈦的，結果我就選擇了這隻不鏽鋼的褐色Skagen。 就這樣，我終於得到它了。

我的小卡被我救活了

一天晚上，我突然到儲藏室拿了工具，打開我的書檯燈，拿起那被我摔壞的小卡(Casio Exilim 8.1 )，慢慢地把它那脫窗的眼睛給修復成原樣。 由於我後來買了卡農(Canon IXUS 960 IS Digital Camera)代替它之後，我便把它擱置在我的書桌另一角，每次看到它我就很心痛。為了別再看到它那無辜的眼神，好像死得不明目的樣子，我心血來潮就把它拿來修修看，希望在我的手上能把它好好的下葬，恢復他原來的樣子。 如果我把這樣的慘狀拿到一般相機店去維修的話，必定要花上一兩千元新台幣。之前就已經花費過一千多元去維修其他的問題，現在又要維修的話，這筆總數就可以再買一台新的了。 我仔細的開啟每一個螺絲；我仔細的研究它的每一個結構。慢慢地一個一個零件打開；一個一個的分類。我心裡有點慌，這台麻雀雖小，五臟俱全的東西，真擔心開了出來合不回去。 我花了兩個小時終於摸到了它快門的地方，也抓到了它眼睛的結構，一片一片地翻；一個螺絲一個齒輪的取。最後沒想到我還真的把它恢復原來的樣子呢。這種喜悅很難形容。 當我最後一個螺絲給鎖上時，我急忙拿起電池往它身上插去，哇!它復活了。真難以相信，我以前的小老婆真的死而復活了。我又聽到它的呼吸「滴滴..滴滴..」的操作聲，很是興奮。 現在我又多一台數位相機了，如果有朋友需要我就送給他好啦。
